To assist youths in skill acquisition and self reliance programs and fight against poverty.

*  To advocate for civic education and literacy programs for Somali people

*  To serve as a forum of exchange of ideas, discussion of problems affecting community and find solutions to them.

*   To assist in seeking lasting solutions for peace, Unity and Development among Somalis, Africa and the world as a whole.

*  To promote the agricultural sector through capacity building and provision of heavy-duty machines.

*  To campaign and raise public awareness against HIV/AIDS, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and drug addiction.

*    To serve as an early warning group and act on emergencies.

*    To campaign against human right violations.

*    To advocate for landmines eradication in Somalia.

*    To campaign against environmental degradation.

*  To participate in local and international peace and development, conferences and seminars.

*  To undertake research and development programs especially in the areas of interest for development.
